Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. This offer does not apply to products that have been used, unless defective, or to uninsured orders that were lost or broken during shipping.

Return any and all products and invoices in the original packing material at your cost. Pack with care as we will not provide refunds or exchanges for items that are broken when we receive them.

This guarantee is good for up to 30 days after purchase. 

Shipping

Shipping candles during extreme hot weather is not recommended. We will not be responsible for candles shipped during this time.

Insured shipping is available during check out and recommended. We will not be held responsible for orders that are broken, mishandled or lost during shipping. If your insured order suffers damage, report breakage within 5 days. At our discretion, a refund or replacement will be given after breakage. Issues reported after 5 days may be irresolvable.

We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check your mailing address.

While we try to ship all orders in a timely manner during peak seasons, retail orders may take up to a week to process Wholesale orders may take up to 2 weeks to process.
